Welcome to EXICI. We invite you to read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order to ensure that you are fully informed about our process.

Custom Bespoke Creations:
Each EXICI creation is a testament to our dedication to artistry and craftsmanship. As such, all our pieces are made upon order, ensuring that every detail is crafted to perfection. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

    1.    The creation of your bespoke piece will commence only after confirmation of your order and receipt of payment.
    2.    Due to the meticulous process of crafting each piece, delivery times for our custom bespoke creations may range between 90-120 days.
    3.    We will endeavor to keep you informed throughout the creation process and provide estimates on delivery where possible.

Limited Editions:
EXICI’s collections are exclusive. Each piece is produced in a limited run, reflecting the unique and limited availability of our offerings. Once a design is sold out, it may not be available for order again.

Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept various methods of payment, which will be listed on our checkout page.

Changes to Orders:
Given the nature of our bespoke service, once an order is placed and production has commenced, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

No Refunds:
All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we cannot offer refunds for any reason.

Cryptographic Authentication:
Each EXICI piece comes with a cryptographically secured code of authentication, ensuring its authenticity and making our pieces and ensembles impossible to counterfeit. This process involves the generation of a unique digital signature, which is embedded into each item. This signature can be verified against our secure database to confirm the item’s authenticity and origin.

Shipping:
We ship worldwide, with shipping times varying by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Customs and Import Duties:
For international orders, customs and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to the cost of return shipping in the event of a return or exchange.

Alterations:
Should your EXICI creation require fitting adjustments, we offer a complimentary alteration service within 30 days of delivery. This is applicable only to minor adjustments.

Intellectual Property:
All designs are the exclusive property of EXICI. Reproduction or imitation of designs is prohibited.

Agreement to Terms:
By placing an order with EXICI, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
